Joe Heck, R-Extraneous

Only a relatively few U.S. House seats are genuinely competitive. And Nevada's 3rd congressional district race, pitting incumbent Republican potted plant Joe Heck against Democratic political-industrial cog John Oceguera, promises to be the dullest and most easily ignored potentially competitive House contest in America.
