Remember when Jim Gibbons slammed Chrissy Mazzeo up against the wall in the parking garage and told her to put out or else because he's such an officer and a gentleman?
Mazzeo has filed a lawsuit against the skank along with some henchmen, including John McCain consultant Sig Rogich. (Sun, KLAS, complaint via Sun).
Of course the lawsuit will mean nothing once Sarah Palin explains that Chrissy Mazzeo once drove by a 7-11 where a cup of coffee was bought by an ACORN temp.
UPDATE: Who knows what if anything will come of any of this but meantime the complaint has some fun stuff that appears to add new details to the legendary events with which we are all already so familiar:
"Gibbons kept telling Mazzeo how beautiful she was and what big eyes she had and how "overly boring" his marriage was after 20 years."
Of course, for Gibbons, the marriage would become less boring later. But moving along...
"Meanwhile, Mazzeo kept moving closer to Pennie to avoid someone she considered merely a boring and undesirable old man."
Oh dear. This is not going to be a welcome assessment from a man who went on the teevee to tell the state that "I don't want to be a lonely governor."
"Mazzeo then went to the bathroom, and before she got back, Gibbons had stolen her keys off the table and left."
Oh that sly dog. Is he a player or what?
Hey, wait a minute. The complaint says Gibbons followed Mazzeo and had another run-in with her outside the La Quinta. And "the night desk clerk for La Quinta Inn, Kim Hartnett, witnessed this altercation."
More later...
.....Hooray for Ms. Chrissy (@Y@) Mazzeo..I hope she nails the sleazeball, part time,
tight fist-ed, text messaging, illegal hiring, spouse cheating, tax cheating, payoff taking, pin headed governor to the wall. I hope you have the world's best attorney and wish you the best of luck. Though it's a civil case I would love to see him sharing time with the obnoxious O.J.
as a cell mate.
......Recall anyone...??
Have a wonderful day governor...

It's about damn time. And is anyone in Northern Nevada reading this???
Hopefully the northern NV press will actually pick this story up this time. If they would have the last time around, maybe voters in the north would have come to their senses and we would have Dina instead of a weenie!
Gibbons is sleaze...

OK, as I recall this, at the time, the account of the La Quinta night desk clerk was dismissed because her description of the clothes of the man seen out front did not match the suit-wearing Gibbons.

I'm glad she's finally going after him. Talk about a cover up...with Rogich and the then-sheriff involved and with the then-sheriff providing Gibbons with all the evidence, it's no wonder it wasn't pursued before. Nobody could ever explain why neither one was on the tape--even Gibbons said he was in the garage with her. Of course, considering it "went missing" for weeks and that all the evidence was "shared" with Gibbons, even he's smart enough to doctor the evidence. Go Chrissy!!!

Again, it's never the crime -- it's always the cover up that gets you in the end.
Viva La Mazzeo!

So when it comes to outwitting the local prosecutors and law enforcement Gibbons is smart. But when it comes to the budget he's a dummy?
Maybe we should start with cutting police protection and the prosecutors office. Then after that we can raise taxes to cover the shortfall. That is the kind of compromise vibe I think I'm getting from you people.
;)

You get good at what you are used to doing. Gibbons is used to skirting the law, not at dealing with budgets (that's painfully obvious).
