Always good for a laugh if not reliable results, a Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds fully half of those polled do not -- repeat, do not -- think George W. Bush is the worst U.S. president in history.
When those respondents were asked if not Bush, then who, most of them named Barack Obama, although John Kerry, Michael Dukakis and Geena Davis were also popular responses.
Just kidding. Rasmussen didn't ask that.
In yet another sign of the American electorate's widespread and profound ignorance, a mere 41 percent of respondents answered the question correctly and said that Bush is in fact the worst U.S. president ever and it's his infinite good fortune that there is no hell.
Never underestimate the stupidity of the American people. Hey, Rush Limbaugh is out there spewing lies and making millions. Go figure?

Yes George has a lot to do to become listed among the greats like Wilson and FDR.
He's only jailed 1 American citizen without cause, violating his constitutional rights to a fair trial. He needs to jail another 100,000 if he wants to top FDR. Or he needs to remove the first amendment and jail all his critics to tie Wilson.
Come on Bush, you can do it!

It doesn't matter what one silly poll features. History will judge Bush harshly. Period. And as time goes by, more Americans will be fully aware of just how much havoc this failure has wreaked on our nation.
(It's just too bad they didn't realize that in '04.)
