You know how blogs are famous for publishing wholly unsubstantiated rumors on no evidence whatosever with little regard for whether the rumor is true or not just because the rumor is so tantalizing that it's way more fun to run it than not run it? OK, we'll bite on this one. A Gleaner operative says Pervus is filing for divorce. Yes, we thought it would have been the other way around, too. But really, hard to pick a dog in that fight, no?
- Though there is no mention of the wonderful acrostic puzzles that used to (still?) grace the inside back cover of National Review, this charming NYT obit of Buckley is better than anything that's liable to appear in the conservative press, since now that WFB is dead the wingnut side's best wordsmith is Ann Coulter.
- Pandering to the senior citizen vote, Harry Reid suggests Dick Lamm was wrong. AP
He may be an idiot, but she's a leech. Good luck trying to dislodge her fangs, Gropey.

This is clearly a smart political move for Gibbons. So in 2010 when Buckley (Barbara not William) brings up his still unexplained actions on Oct 13, 2006, asks "was that any way for a married man to behave," Gibbons can in all sincerity say ...."who's married?"

Well, I'm really very happy for Dawn - maybe now she'll find some respect and peace in her life!

I suppose Dawn can always get that consulting gig again over at Sierra Nevada Corp.--unless of course that job really was pay back for Jimbo's contract work for the company in Congress.

"You know how blogs are famous for publishing wholly unsubstantiated rumors on no evidence whatosever with little regard for whether the rumor is true or not" Funny you should mention that. It seems you and Mike Zahara owe Peggy Maze Johnson big apologies if Ralston's column is to be believed. Interesting you make no mention of the e-mail.

Oh, Nightowl this is for real and it is very very bad for the Govna. We will, yet again be dragged through the national news looking like the State of Jerry Springer. He will not survive this.

To continue the rumor... supposedly Dawn found out last week that he had been cheating on her (which everyone basically knew) and his response, rather than apologize, was to say he wanted a divorce.

Hmmm, wonder if she gets the ranch in Elko? She is loved up there. And, maybe she will register Democrat! The whack job wing who gets their appendage sucked on by Gibbons always called her a Libural! She will need to go through a political detox program first though ...
Man, Gibbons is a skanktard.

The gov divorcing Dawn? Well I wonder if she will now admit that yes she did have an undocumented woman working for her all those years and yes the Gov did pay her under the table. Patricia Sandoval is still can't get Social Security credit for all those years. Dawn is a treasure trove of secrets. The divorce settlement better be huge.Divorce is always payback time. No sealing of records or closing of proceedings simply because he is governor.
Gibbons has declared he will run again for governor. I'm looking forward to a trouncing. Clark County did not get out the vote that time let's see what we can do in 2010 to drive him out of office.

Little early to Gibbons to be running for 2010.
I predict he's a 1 term governor.

Buckley (Barbara not William) will run in 2010 and win, she's only needs Washoe & Clark, since the rurals have been diluted.

Npt a prediction about Gibbons -he has already declared a few days ago.

Buckley wins Washoe? You make us LAUGH!

Wins it easy. What basis do you use for "Washoe hating Buckley"?
