Well Done!

Amen. If all Democrats were the big winners last night, the big losers should be NBC News in general. Williams and Russert were awful--especially Russert--and Natalie Morales was only there so they could say they had someone present with a Latina name who could read emails, which is disrespectful to her.

What a bogus farce by Jill Derby this turned out to be!~!

Ostensibly it was to pander to the Hispanics and Blacks since it was "cosponsored by the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, IMPACTO, 100 Black Men of America, the African American Democratic Leadership Council" [per the NSDP website].

And did anybody there see how God-awful Her Derbyshire looked? I almost felt sorry for the tired out 'ol thing. Another quart of makeup might have helped.

Russert, gone off the deep end, has been reading too many columns by Eugene Robinson in the Washington Post. Now there is a racist.

Damn, I've never seen, in Russert, a media guy whose career is just imploding before our very eyes.

I was there but didn't see a Debate, I thought it was just a Q & A Session with a couple of white journalists who thought they could cleverly race bait the candidates - that's all I witnessed!

Oh, I forgot, we aren't really doing debates we're only doing political theater to boost the ratings of the mass corporate media and make millions for their masters!

Shame on NBC, Tim Russert and especially Brian Williams - bad boys!

KUDOS do go to the Black/Brown Community leaders for the event as this was the first time we heard any depth on issues affecting our military, their families and disabled veterans needs.

In my analysis Edwards was the winner (as he had the most specific, detailed and serious responses), with Obama coming in a close second (also serious and demonstrating a great sense of humor) and what's her name trailed in third place - kinda what I'm hoping happens Saturday?

JLA - In your dreams, buddy. I, as many others, will be in the first alignment for JE however, if he isn't viable I/we will move to Hillary. Obambam scares the shit outta me.He's all Hollywood hype.

Texex, the farce was the questioning by Williams and Russert. I don't think we can blame the sponsors for what the candidates are asked if the asking is not being done by the sponsors. Though I wish candidates would respond to questions by saying, "Tim, your question is moronic, so I am going to discuss issues."

Good comment Nutty Professor, I was up there with the guy railing from the balcony early on, he was right across the aisle from me (we in NSDP purgatory were sat up there...lol!)

He has the best line of the night and few heard it

It was a waste of my time--kissy face bullshit as everyone pretending lawsuit not occurring.

Gotta love it

JE should be viable in most Clark precinct btw and gotta disagree with my friend Rich S, I don't think we want or need HRC, and most OB 2nd's are JE, not HRC.

I just don't think anyone is really coming out save the die hard activists who are always there. I'm still holding 25K statewide and will be pleasantly surprised if its larger. People out here in Spicolli Ranch look at me like I'm speaking Chinese when I tell them its not a straw poll and we have to talk to our neighbors for 2 hrs.

They're like 'I gotta do what?' "What about my poker machine? What about my real estate deal?" Californians are 'You gotta be f-in kidding me, I'll pay $6 for a gallon of milk, but I don't know HOW to talk to anybody'

Can hardly wait until Sunday.

Rich, also remember that Newt has endorsed HRC. If that's the company you want to be in then what can I say?

Gleaner, you crack me up.

Tex, Newt didn't endorse HRC. Put down the boos, man. There are plenty of things you can criticize about HRC, but you shouldn't make shit up.

Gleaner, do you have a database of silly photos of everyone? Is there some sort of Corbis you subscribe to? Where do you find these things?

*booze

The NSDP/DNC lawsuit response is flawless. I really can't see the judge disagreeing with any of the arguments, and expect it will be tossed tomorrow.

It's still in explicable to me why people in NSDP party leadership joined in this---with so many lurking in the background and too chicken shit to come out of the shadows. I'll give Hunt his propers for coming out publicly.

Thanks again Senator Reid for all your fine efforts on behalf of our Dems here.

DNC announced today that the 2012 Nevada caucus will be held one week prior to the general election. LOL!

They aren't coming back.

John Dark, I didn't make this up so read it for yourself. OK, it's 4 days old.

So, MZ, does that mean we are getting a spanking, a blessing in disguise, or a vote of no confidence that the NSDP can't be trusted to handle a caucus?

btw, is the check in the mail from the DNC to cover the defecit spending on the pizza parties or do we they have to work it off washing dishes?

Still don't know where the NSDP is $$-wise since they won't post either their FEC or SOS reports that were due yesterday. Did Churchill really fly to Brazil with a big suitcase? And was Her Derbyshire with her?

Uh oh. Don't tell anyone but the Nevada State Education Association - you know, the PAC that filed that terrible 'ol suit - hasn't filed a SOS report as required for all PACS operating in Nevada since 2004!

It's all right here. Naughty, naughty PAC! Seems they can file lawsuits but can't manage to file reports that other PACS have to file. Tsk!Tsk!Tsk! What are we goin to do except tell Princial Miller about all this.

"MikeZ" so the DNC just decided, as in dictated, that we will have another Caucus in 2012, but just one week prior to the General Election?

And when did the NSDP get to discuss, debate and vote on this action?

That's the kind of RAILROADING that got us in this mess in the first place!

It was a joke JLA dummy.. You really think Zahara was serious?

And you are who? And why should I respond to you when you're obviously afraid to post your name and calling others rude names?

Some of us are serious people, and these are serious subjects (if you truly care about the principles of Democracy), and these are very serious times, so if you're not serious - please don't rudely interrupt the adult discuss - seriously, PUHLEEEZE!

Does anyone have a sense of humor left?

Jaysus JLA...relax!

There's nothing funny, now-a-days, when we've got members of our family in harms way in an unnecessary and Unjust War!

I'm saving my chuckles for when our troops are finally home - and I won't apologize for not joking around about sweat, tears, blood, guts, body-parts, our dead, and wounded!
